The lean buy family

In 2015 Philipp Stephan laid the foundation of lean buy as a family-owned business, with its headquarters located in Rhine-Main area in south west Germany. Since then, the company has gradually expanded and today draws on a worldwide partner network with extensive experience in engineering, product design, global sourcing and supply chain management to drive sustainable competitiveness for our customers through innovative technologies and continuous process improvements.

Notwithstanding its growth and internationalization, lean buy’s core values and business principles remained as that of a typical German, family-owned, medium-sized business with a particular focus on quality, professionality and integrity.
